Hey guys! Is anyone here with pending SIJS whose priority date is not current yet and has recently traveled (or already traveled) using Advance Parole? I really need to go back to my home country, but I’m a bit nervous about traveling with AP. Mine has been approved for about a year, but I’ve never used it before.

How you get advance parole under sijs ? My attorney said there is not any advance parole in sijs case.
