Is anyone here with pending SIJS whose priority date is not current yet and has recently traveled (or already traveled) using Advance Parole?
I really need to go back to my home country, but I’m a bit nervous about traveling with AP. Mine has been approved for about a year, but I’ve never used it before.

Since I have a pending green card application and I am no longer in immigration court, my attorney applied for it, and after nine months it was approved with no restrictions and is valid for five years.

@Pedro Boni do itt!! i went last october, for 10 days, w AP, just went u come back they took me for second inspection when they took me photo and scan my fingerprints, after that they said welcome back, the second inspection was about 30min, Jfk airport!!
