yes this is for i485 submitted on Oct 2022 and my case is in NBC. I have raised a SR after I received a email from USCIS.

I filed SR on Jan 28 and got following response in feb 6. My pd is 2022 September. Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.

There is no RFE or any update since Aug 2024

I also submitted SR in Jan 14 and received email response on Jan 21 stating - Thank you for your inquiry regarding your expedite request. Expedite requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; we cannot determine the timeframe of completion for a decision or other notice of action. If your request is honored, you will receive a notice in the mail containing your decision. still waiting for any decision. My EB1 PD June 22, Center: NBC

mine is MSC at NBC. Also I was checked with live agent and confirmed that SR request was respond on feb 6 and said that wait few more weeks.

What is an SR? Is it a service request? How do I raise one?

Also to raise SR for expediting GC, don’t we need to be in one of the qualifying criteria such as severe financial loss or emergencies etc and submit proof
