Hi All,
My partner procrastinated in filing their tax returns for the last year and ended up sending it after the deadline.
At the NVC stage I know this is required to show proof that they cant support me.
Is there anything we can do/send seeing that he has not recieved the return as yet.

sticky tabs and separators aren’t okay anymore?
Hello! Couldn’t find enough current information about this on the group so decided to ask.
back when I submitted my AOS in 2022 it was still okay to use sticky tabs and colored separators to divide your package.
I have everything ready for my 751 but I found this link https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/recommendations-for-paper-filings-to-avoid-scanning-delays (attached in comments for easy access)
and now I’m confused, if they don’t want these things how are they supposed to know what is what + easy to find for them. Please let me know how are you guys doing it!
otherwise should I just print everything organize and not put any type of separators just send it like that?

I’m thrilled to share that my case have finally been approved after over a year waiting in limbo!
This journey has been for my K1 fiancé visa and AOS.

- Questions about your Evidence of Relationship that I had uploaded. The officer pointed out who is this person on the picture? they want to ensure you know your spouses family members name and and asked how this person related to our relationship particularly my spouse relative.
- How many household ?
- Who lived with you in your house?
- Do you lived together with your spouse?
- your spouse DOB?
- your spouse workplace and title?
- Where and what location did you get married?
- Which city do you lived?
- What is your address and Postal code?
- What type of visa did you enter?
- What port of entry did you went to ?
The officer requested to interview me first for about 20 min and our lawyer sat down in the back. My spouse waited outside interview room.
Afterwards the officer want me to left the room and requested my spouse to be interviewed for approximately 10-15 mins with our lawyer.
Finally, the officer let me in so we both sat back together and before I sign the signature. We both said thank you to the officers.
There were 2 officers inside the room the one who interviewed me I think she seem kind of new apprentice so the other officer guy sat down in the back and supervised her also took notes and perhaps reading my body languages too.

CRP To Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprint were taken.
Hi Everyone .. My PD is June 2021 and my Case is at NBC . I am officially current since July 1 2025 . I dont get any RFE and Interview Schedule at this duration of time. I had sent Supp J and original i693 but medical is expired already . Recently I see the update of Case Was Updated To fingerprint were taken. Is this the movement of case or just simply things?? Any good lawyers for filing i-601 waiver for misrepresentation?
I am a VAWA self petitioner. My case was approved in 2024. I responded to RFE (i-601) for my I-485 in June 25 and it got denied. I am looking for a very good lawyer who would help me refile i-601. I live in Missouri. Please share the names, contacts and legal fees of any good laywers for me.
If you have your 601 already approved, please share your template with me or provide any strong points I could argue with to prove hardship.
P.S: I am a graduate student. I don’t have any qualifying relative.

L1a visa
so my husband is here in the state on the L1a visa. we applied 6 months ago for I-130 and I-485 concurrently.
I just got off the phone with the uscis and I was told that we needed to fill out I-765 along with the I-485 and the I130. . we thought we already have a work visa and we didn’t need one.
I am freaken out now.
I am boiling.
any one else with the same situation?

I have a 19 years old and, my husband is a LPR and he petitioned for me and my daughter out side the country pd August 2024. What I'm worried about is, if my daughter will age out before we can file the DS-260. I have seen a great movement on th VB, but not sure how soon my I-130 will be approved.

I applied for EAD and Advance Parole on Jan 14 2025. Yet, have no update. Not even biometric appointment. I have submitted service request yet no update. anyone else going through same issue ?

Need advice. Wife is a US citizen. Submitted family reunification documents (form I-130) in March 2023, the case is still pending at USCIS. Submitted in Washington DC. Looked at the website for the case processing time, it came to 1 week, but then changed to 14 months, and so throughout the case processing. Also, on November 15, 2023, the case was transferred to Nebraska.
The website stated that it would be possible to write to USCIS in January 2025, but at the end of December 2024, they changed it to March 2025, and in March they changed it again to April 2025, and now it is only possible in 2030.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or can anyone suggest what to do to receive an answer? Thank you in advance!
