K1 visa for restricted countries
hi everyone. I've been waiting for 14 months for my fiancé visa and we haven't gotten a response yet. we contacted USCIS and they said thag my fiance is from one the
of the countries that have travel restrictions so they can't give us a Timeline or provide any help. any recommendations or anyone that is going through this too?

Yes they told me the same thing when I called them. my country has full travel ban. keep me posted.

@Win Den 12 month from petition to approval. yes i am from sierra leone one of the 39 fully ban countries

@Win Den Hi! We still didnt get a response from the USCIS. we are hoping to get one soon, we have submitted a public inquiry but still nothing.

@r d I just got approved last Friday, so since you get approved a few months ago I want to know if you got the visa and if your fiance get a chance to come to the US. let me know please. because my country is part of fully banned too, I’m from Haiti 🇭🇹

@Win Den our case was sent to the deparment of state 40 days ago... still waiting for my case to be transfered to my country. I am from one of the banned countries too
