I heard that in employment based, you will not get interview notice until something is not clear on your form.

@Nazir Ahmad i am not sure which part in the form could be not clear. our attorney prepared everything for us. just reached out to them for advice

@A Z i'm in engineering field. i got my degree in the US. not sure if they will verify the eligibility of NIW during i485 review?

@A Z good to know. Will prepare documents for both marriage and NIW then. I have about 10 pubs with 400 citations. I'm guessing it's for marriage? since we've been married for a short time.

@tz wang there must be something that triggered the interview because is not usual for eb. or maybe you were unlucky and you have been randomly selected for additional screening. good luck 🤞

@tz wang Goodluck with your interview. I have the same PD, yet, I am still waiting for I-140 decision after 2 years. To make things worse, my country has been added to the partial ban list. Paying for premium processing at this point is not even an option. It's so tiring & frustrating!
