Criminal Check Record/Police Clearance Certificate? Validity 2 years?
hi guys.
Quick question: I've read online that the criminal record / police clearance certificate has a 2 year validity period in the US for the spousal visa?
so eg. if the issue date was 21 December 2023, it would be valid till 21 December 2025 ?
does anyone know?

In total, it was a 5-year wait. But today, the wait is over. Green card approved. I wish luck to everyone who is still on that boat.
