EMAIL NOTICE ON SERVICE REQUEST
Advice needed. My derivative EAD renewal has been approved since Dec 2024 but no card. After several service requests, we got an email about biometrics not good enough so they need to reprint. We are yet to get a biometric appointment letter.
Can we just go to the local USCIS office and get it done?
