Very early days for me still.
my lawyer submitted everything on 8/11/25
I didn’t get receipts so my lawyer submitted an inquiry with USCIS and I finally got my receipts on 2/27/26
I know it’s still very early days but my lawyer said I might not hear back for another 6-8 months and I’m seeing many ppl get their EAD before that. My employer found out about my status and I’m just worried and need my EAD asap I’m so worried 😬

the receipts you got should be an extension for your EAD if I am correct

depends on how did you apply your ead is it C31? or C09? coz if C31 you will get it when your vawa will get approve
