file a mandamus or if u can’t afford it just wait….ost likely u will get 9th PFD and 10th PFD. I am not a lawyer u decide what to do with your life. it’s crazy that there is still cases from 2020 and 2021 for the fact I know that 2018-2019 cases are 95% cleared. 2020-2021 is about 80%, I think u from those unlucky 20% undecided cases. wish u the best luck. @tired from waitingg go look urself. this numbers are not exactl but only estimate. if ur case is over 5 years there might be some issues with it, if there is no issue what is stopping you to file a mandamus ?
