after 2 interviews, 2 supp J, 2EADs, 2 AP 0 rfe, years of waiting, everything came to an end on the last day of this year.
I am not gonna lie, this journey has been bumpy, lots of tears and blood. I hope anyone is currently in the same boat that i was, just hanging there. It will come, yes it can be long but u dont have to look at the clock, calendar, status everyday waiting for the decision. in a mean time, take that trip to visit family if you have AP, use that supp J to change job if u need to and try to go out there enjoy life.
Also, no such thing that u have to work for sponsor for a certain period of time but make sure i140 is approved and i485 pending over 180 days, i left the them after 9month. I moved to different state, filled supp J which u just need to make sure the new job is similar w the old one, doesn’t have to be the same , you just need to be smart at explaining it to uscis. Know
your rights!

Hello everyone so I have a question about obtaining a police certificate for my spouse. They have lived in Yemen their entire life and we stayed in Egypt for only 7 months then we went back to our countries. I’m reading that they need a police certificate if they stayed over 6 months but I’m also reading that it is only for their country of residence.
So do I need to get a Egyptian police certificate or would the Yemeni one be enough? Thank you.

My petition I-129F is taking forever Why? Anyone is going through the same thing?
My I-129F petition was submitted and received by USCIS on January 10th 2025 and got the receipt date on January 15th 2025. since then my case is still under the status " Case Received ". why?
The petition was submitted and assigned to California Center and I did call USCIS to check on any new updates and they said that my case is within a normal processing time and don't see any issues or anything so I just need to wait for an update . its been almost 12 months now since they received it and got the receipt for it. I am hearing different stories so I am not sure what's going on . anyone is going through the same situation as me? please share it with me. Thnx in advance.

I submitted I864 as an sponsoring my spouse and daughter. I am already DQed and have received interview schedule as well. today when I check my ceac portal, it’s showing I-864EZ missing.
i864 ez doesn’t applies to me as I am sponsoring two persons and if I have submitted i864 then why they are asking fur i864ez?
