@h s oh no, I’m so sorry. That’s so frustrating. I’m honestly worried I’ll get a denial too. Can I ask if they denied your case soon after they transfer your I-360 or I-485 to another office before the denial? If you don’t mind sharing, I’d really appreciate it.

@h s make sure you have the right attorney my case was almost denied, later on I found out my lawyer didn’t do her job right and didn’t even send most of the evidences I had. also didn’t send the documents usics was asking her for she only sent what she thought will be okay !

You can do a FOIA request to see what your attorney sent to the USCIS. Some attorneys just want their money upfront, but did not do a correct job.

@h s you are saying you sent documents What was the RFE for? What happens next is that you will be sent a NOTICE to Appear.. and they will also give you 33 days to reopen based but you will have to submit stronger evidence. FOIA at this point is necessary becuase you need to see what was done in your case.. Hopeful that you can beat this

Sorry to hear. Getting denied is my greatest fear. I hope you are able to appeal. We all deserve a gc after waiting years and paying attorney over 10g
