50 months and Counting…..
I never imagined the year would end without a decision on my case. I responded to rfe in January, since then 3 service requests, Congressman and senate office inquiries all to no avail. I called the contact center some time in July and was told the officer reviewed my case but didn’t take action on it and i should keep exercising patience. How much longer do i have to wait while the processing times continue to increase
At this point, I am considering filing a writ of mandamus early next year. If anyone has gone through this process, I would appreciate insights on the cost involved and the outcome

Guidance needed on upcoming job and travel
I recently received a job offer in the United States. As part of the role, I am required to participate in a secondment program in Europe for four weeks in March.
My current Refugee Travel Document (RTD) expires in February, and applying for a new one typically takes over 13 months for approval. At this time, I have not yet received my green card and have not applied for a new travel document.
I am from one of the countries under the partial travel ban.
Given these circumstances, I am unsure how to proceed and would appreciate advice on the available options and next steps.

Hello, has anyone else received an I-130 notification saying there are 3 weeks left until a decision? Perhaps it was less than that, or the timeframe was just right? It's been coming down for over a year, and now it says there are 3 weeks left. It was also submitted along with the I-485. How positive is it that both applications will be approved, given that they were submitted almost 4 years ago?
13 meses esperando Cita Embajada 🇺🇸 en 🇩🇴
Dios mió pero este proceso con la embajada de 🇺🇸 en 🇩🇴 parece eterno Jesús, un desastre total este año 2025 para ellos con los casos IR/CR es bastante abuso tener que esperar 14 meses por una cita.
Entrarán al 2026 con bastantes casos rezagados del 2024 de octubre a diciembre lo que posiblemente les tome 3 meses o mas del 2026, para mi seguirán aumentando sus tiempos de 14 hasta llegar quien sabe si a 24 meses con supuestamente una visa disponible que parece mas invisible que otra cosa.
Realmente nunca habia visto una embajada tan desastrosa y con un manejo operativo tan abusivo y negligente, quiera Dios que los miles de inmediatos que tenemos nuestra vida parada, los planes a futuro en stop y nuestras familias lejos de nosotros, podamos recibir esa cita lo mas breve posible porque la embajada de 🇺🇸 en 🇩🇴 esta peor que la de Juárez mil veces.

My IR-1 (spouse of USC) case was documentarily qualified (DQ) on Sept 23, and my case is assigned to the Mumbai embassy.
know Mumbai has a heavy backlog, but I wanted to check:

How long did it take you to receive your IL after DQ?
