Anyone waiting for work permit since applying vawa (43 months)
I never received work permit and prima facie since application. I want to know if this is normal. please share your experience and time line. I know I-360 takes more than 4 years now but I’m talking about work permit and mine falls under C31 category. thanks.

my PD is may 2018. perition. is filed from my father. case is moved to ELIS last year. but there is one problem my father is seriously ill. he is undergone 5-6 surgeries heart surgeries kidney surgeries legs surgeries. my father is still on dialysis. I have applied two times for B1/B2 visa but refused. how I can expedite my case for early approval. as my father is in critical condition and my mother is also very old. I want to be there for their help. please help me.

anyone know a good immigration lawyer in nyc?
i have an approved vawa but my i-485 apppeal was denied. i have yet to know the reason bc I havent received the notice and its going to be past 30days next week. I never got any update or request for eveidence since I filed for an appeal from my marriage. Im going to have to file a new one at this point, my current lawyer is usless. Please I really need a lawyer that can help with this

hi I’m inquiring for my dad. he submitted his I-130 I-485 and I-765 along with my three siblings on a marriage base application. his lawyer submitted everything about a year ago and he still hasn’t received a receipt number. his lawyers keeps saying is normal because of the high wait time but it just seems very very long for a receipt. is there anyone that could shed some light on this? please
I-485 at Step 4 (Decision) after reopening – anyone similar?
Hi everyone,
My I-485 (family-based) was reopened after my removal proceedings were terminated. My case now shows Step 4 of 4: Case Decision, with an estimated 5 months, and it appears my interview was waived.
I also noticed internal events like H028 (case reopened) and FTA0 (file accessed), but no RFEs or documents posted.
Has anyone been in a similar situation?

My marriage-based interview was on March 14th at the Orlando Field Office. The officer told me I would get a response within 3 weeks, but it's been months now and I still haven't received any update. It's really frustrating to wait this long. Is anyone else experiencing such a delay?#orlando #interview
