Same here. Received the RFE on May 22nd, sent my medicals and was received on 6/11, so far no updates, nothing. My status is CRP since 2023, neither changed to RFE was requested.

i sent medical rfe to Ohio field ofiice. no update yet. i even got no case status update when i received medical rfe in the first place. the status never changed to rfe notice issued. i only got the mail for medical rfe fr ohio.

@K RS @gh jh My friend and I received the rfe at same time and his rfe delivered week after mine. But his and his spouse greencard approved within a week his rfe gets delivered in same cincinati field office

Did your rfe letter asked you to send medical before September 30 to consider for visa allocation this year ?

oh same. I got RFE June 2, responded Jun 25th, nothing yet. Cincinati office also

@2wenty1 Dec Yes it mentioned You should respond as soon as possible as only a limited number of visas are available each fiscal year, which ends on September 30, 2026. If you submit the requested evidence or information after September 30, 2026, but on or before July 7, 2026, this will not prevent consideration of visa allocation for you in the next fiscal year.

@PD oct 2021 OHIO field offie 1 of my friends got approved within a week and another one got rejected 3 days after submitting medical RFE so idk. The queue isn't FIFO for sure

@PD oct 2021 OHIO field offie I chat with a live office through Emma. It's still within normal processing time so I was told to check back after 60 days 🥲 then the chat was ended by the office before I could ask anything else so I guess I will check back by the end of this month. I was advised by my lawyer to do inquiry after 3 months but hopefully good news come soon. My case has been pending for almost 4 years 🥲🥲
