yes in July 13 we had received update. said. case was updated to show fingerprints were taken. I submitted my case on may 2022. and I had interviewe on may 13 2024. since from that no update. till now. but I prepared to file writ of mandamas on July 30 2026. it is the last a strong option to do it

@N A I am also a refugee from one of the countries that was on pause. My i131 the travel document was approved on July 10 still my i485 no. I'm from October 2024

total days of my case 1545. my case is completely different. it is SIV. Special Immigrants. my congressman inquired behalf me. but no meaningful response. so I gonna file lawsuit against USCIS. so then judge can force them to make a decision on my case.

@Gilmar Molina if you donot mind when did you apply for your I-131 because I applied on Aug 2024 stil waiting
