same here my daughter case is already documentary complete on May 20 and I haven’t heard from them

payment has not been going through on mine since January so I can’t even submit documents. we got our welcome letter in late December 2025, checked CEAC portal recently and there’s a notice of payment issue though

@Dorcas OY All these issues now really don’t make any sense. Some people are saying the aprroval rate has slowed down too
