Hello Guys, after almost 5 years of waiting I finally received the notification I’ve dreaming for. (case was approved) I am so happy and greatful, but at the same time worried because my husband didn’t have the same luck. I received a RFE for medical about a month ago, but he didn’t. I sent my medical exam last week and today the case was approved. We both wished so much for this day to arrive. It breaks my heart that his case is not moving at the same pace. I am praying he will get his approval soon. Has anyone gone through this?

I asked Emma about when I will have an interview which has been 7 months and she sent me an agent and the agent told me this. USCIS will send you a notification informing you where and when to appear. Please be sure to bring your notification with you and arrive on time for your appointment. I had our combo interview last Tuesday at the Portland OR office. Super easy, 15 minutes for the whole interview. Only had 1 relationship question and the 6 civics questions.. we were approved on the spot and was scheduled for the oath ceremony that afternoon. 🎉All the best to those still waiting, I have my fingers crossed forr y'all.

did you guys still see a civil surgeon in the US although you previously did a medical exam abroad (Canada) for the K1 visa? I am booked to see one now, but only to confirm vaccination records and have them sign the form

Hi everyone, I'm currently waiting for my DV 2025 Adjustment of Status to move forward at the Dallas Field Office. It's been 130 days since I submitted my application, but I haven't received any updates yet since biometrics on feb 27. With the September 30 deadline approaching, I'm starting to feel really anxious and unsure of what steps I can take. If anyone has been through a similar situation or knows if there's a way to help speed up the process, I'd really appreciate your advice or insight. Thank you!
