@CP Costa They asked us to complete new medical exams and get a vaccine. We had already done them four years ago when we first submitted our paperwork, but they had expired.

That’s actually very strange. The current Visa Bulletin is the one for July, and according to it, the final action date is September 15. You said your priority date is September 19, so you should only become eligible starting August 1. But you were approved before that, which is really surprising. I’ve honestly never seen anything like that before. Congratulations anyway!

@yurely Remirez, Pls were you requested on your RFE to submit brand new Medical Test and Exam and submit while they invalidate the old one. I mean do you have to pay to run the Medical exam Test all over again
