@akash singh i received noid I responded with all the evidence and still got denied, and i was gonna appeal the denial but uscis never sent me the denial letter so i can’t appeal

@md akib mazumder i filed my initial sijs before my 21st birthday, and the attorney i hired submitted their credit card for fee, but uscis failed to charge the card , uscis kinda messed up and rejected my application and i turned 21 , and then when i filed they said ur not eligible, they ignored all the proofs of payment that uscis messed up and kept denying, and when i wanted to appeal they didn’t even send me final notice , so that i can’t appeal lol
