F4 Immigrant visa
my aunt applied an immigrant visa for my whole faimly back in 2009 our visa prior date is 9-Oct-2009 1-2 weeks before we just submitted all the required documents the cutrent status is that our case is currently at NVC but the thing is that we are in Pakistan and its currently under the pause of 75 countries and my dadi is suffering through cancer she is on her recovering stage but we want to be with her in this hard time so is there a way to excalate our process so that we get immigrant visa more shortly and yeah one more thing we had also applied us visit visa in past and we have the interview in oct please guide me

you could try to put an expidite request in. make sure the request notes how you need to be there for family during a health emergency. thats what I would do, or try to consult an immigration lawyer. most of them have consultations for free and can tell you what next steps you can take. I pray everything goes quickly for you and your family.

I’m sorry about your grandmother. You can request an expedite through NVC based on her medical condition, but if your case is subject to the current immigrant visa pause, it may still be delayed. I hope everything works out for you and your family.

Because of the current pause you need to start preparing to prove at you interview that not being in the US will create a huge hardship for you and you family. Right now even if you pass your interview, they refuse your visa because of the presidential proclamation

@Unkown unkown the website is called legal match. I literally just put what type of lawyer I need (which was immigration) and alot of lawyers were calling me and giving me free consultations, but I did choose one and he's working my case as we speak. I been working with him since February, so it wouldn't hurt to try to get some legal advice from one of them or even have them help with your expedite request.
