I-140 Approved Online but No Approval Notice Need Advice

Hi everyone, My priority date has recently become current, and I am preparing to file my Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status). However, I am facing an issue. I do not have a copy of my I-140 approval notice. When I check my case status on the USCIS website, it clearly shows that my I-140 is approved, but neither I nor my employer has the official approval notice. According to my lawyer, the approval notice is not required since the case is already approved, and we can proceed with filing the I-485. I just wanted to ask: Has anyone filed I-485 without having the I-140 approval notice? Is it safe to proceed this way, or should I try to obtain a copy before filing? I would really appreciate your guidance and experiences. Thank you!

Interview cancelled

My husband and I had a interview may 1st 2025. They approved the I-130 but not yet the I-485 and Jan 31st we received “interview was cancelled” almost two months waiting for to reschedule an another interview or something else after this notice.. :(

Has anybody recently got approved after case remains pending? pd 10/2021 pd current since march no rfe no interview.

January 2025 filer, naturalization, 14 months and still waiting, Los Angeles FO. what is going on??

i filed my citizenship in January 2025 with pending i-751. the scheduled my interview for August but they cancelled it 3 weeks before the interview date. i didnt cancel. they did. it was a coincidence that i had an overseas trip back then so it was okay tha they cancelled. anyway, a week after they cancelled my interview, i got a notice that they approved my i-751 and a card had been mailed. fast forward to today, March 2026, i still havent been rescheduled. i made an inquiry since it is already outaide of normal processing time but i got a useless answer saying nothing is pending at this time and that processing times differ on a case by case basis, that they will let me know if they need anything. anybody knows what is going on? anybody with similar situation?

What notice i can expect and when ? status showing from receiving to Application closed

my status is showing received to Appication closed. On the 7th August i missed my interview becuase lawyer told me that your husband is not add in the case you should wait for your husband to added in case we already filed motion for him, but on the 12 August i received the notice that my husband add in the case but on the notice date was mention that notice date 7 August and the second notice i received that is NTA Warning they stated thay you fail to appear in interview in 45 days reschedule your interview on 26 August he file the written request to USCIS but didn't getting reply yet from them and they put my in pending now it's showing application is close. i am very worried what they mention in notice i didn't receive yet but please suggest me what i have to do lawyer said wait when we will recieve the notice then we will give our feed back. What can i expect in notice ? They Put my case in Administrative or Reffer to Immigration Court or dismissed my application? please help

i got approved after 11 days response to noid. wish u guys all luck and do not lose hope. i was so hopeless when i got noid notice but everything worked out. pls get yourself a good lawyer if u guys are in the same path like me because it 50/50 chance and u do not wanna lose it.

I-360 Pending since 2020 February

hello Family, My case i-360 VAWA Filled in Feb 2020 RFE in 2022 April RFE submitted in July 2022 Prima Facis started receiving from January 2024 so far 5 Prima Facis received. I have contacted congressman two months ago, no any response from congressman as well. is there anybody in same situation. please share your experience. any guesses when I can expect updates. Thank you guys.

I have an Interview the other day and got approved on the next day but only the I1485 got approved. I130 is still on the interview process, Is this normal ?

my parents immigrant visa, I submitted fees and required documents in Nov 2025. still no interview scheduled.

hello folks, I filed my parents immigrants visa. I am US citizen and I filed i130 for both parents in March 2024. the form I130 approved in September 2025. I submitted all fees and required documents to NVC in October 2025. and documents qualified in November 2025. but so far I have no update or scheduled interview. do anyone have idea about it. my NVC Bombay(India). #i130 #parents #nvc
