hi friends my pd is feb2022 sij eb4 uscis ask me 2nd medical ref 72 days ago my interview is waived in 2025 they have timeline to give decision in 90 days last update by them was uscis received medical i693 hopefully this information match with someone or help someone to also I360 approved since 2023 I will update once they give decision on my sij case thank you god bless you all and you all get greencard soon just be patience and stay in touch

you need to be sure of your pd. Are you 2022 or 2023. your date is current if you are before 16 of December 2022. You are not current if your pd is 2023.

His PD can be 2022. PD is the date the i-360 is received by USCIS not the date it’s approved.

@TRS Hopefully yes you right my pd is Feb 2022 because back than it was current for filling final action that’s why I submitted i485 i360 together

my Pd is May 2022, USCIS also requested a second RFE for medicals for me
where did you get the 90 days timeline? how do you know they waived your interview? just curious
my timeline is very similar to yours
they requested the first RFE in 2024 and the second RFE in May and marked received in June, just about little over 80 days ago

@g f hi I call uscis in 2025 they told me interview is waived and I call them the said wait until get decision timeline is 90days after the ask second medical ref national benefits

@yo yo yo yo awesome that’s good to know! I’ve seen online there’s a 60-90 days timeline (sometimes 120 days) but they say “it’s not guaranteed” good to know that you got this from an agent
I am going to submit an inquiry probably on 10/1 so it’s a new fiscal year
