Hello Pradeep - I’m. it aware of timeline. Did you raise the service request after 60days or talked to EMMA or raised congressional enquiry? I read these helped some applicants to expedite decision. I hope it helps

unfortunately it’s black box…. Do you have acknowledged of RFE receipt? I kind of reading positive blog’s whoever posted there RFE receipts acknowledged had decision within 3 months.

same for me.. mine is in Newark FO..

its been more than 130 days since rfe was acknowledged

On May 08 they acknowledged the RFE response since then no further action my priority date is April, 2022

My RFE response was acknowledged on March 31 and no response since. Emma told me moved to non local FO and then back to NBC and now 2 months in local FO.
