Update on my Mandamus case ⚖️
USCIS, through the Government’s attorneys, requested additional time before filing their response with the court. They asked me to agree to a 60-day extension, but I responded that I am willing to agree to only 30 additional days.
This gives the Government some additional time to review my case and determine what action to take before formally responding to the judge.
For now, we wait. I’ll keep you updated as things move forward. 🙏
