I-485 already filed — found two errors
Hi everyone, I just realized after my I-485 was already delivered to USCIS two days ago and my attorney make these mistakes
1. I-485 Part 2, Item 1 was marked “Yes” for EOIR/removal proceedings, but I’m not in any proceedings. It should be “No.”
2. On I-485 Supplement J, Question 10 says my I-140 is not approved, but it was actually approved about 2 years ago, so it should be “Yes.”
My package was already sent . I’m worried about delays, rejection,
Has anyone dealt with similar errors after filing? What usually happens in cases like this?
EB1-C Waiting over a year after Interview
My EB1-C I-485 has been pending after interview for more than one year, my priority date appears current (July 27, 2021), and USCIS says the case is within processing time. Do you recommend only service requests/congressional inquiry, or is this a reasonable mandamus/APA delay case?

Hi everyone, is there anyone here who filed their documents around April 2023? I submitted both my I-601 and I-212, but it's been over 1,000 days now and I still haven't heard anything back. Has anyone received any updates or news on their waivers lately?

hello, it’s been so far 22 months and we have not received any information. How is it looking for yall? My husband also finishes his 10-year deportation bar outside of the US in June 2026 so idk if that helps our case at all.
