expediting RTD based on green card
hi guys ,
please share your experience with expediting I-131 based on family emergency I have applied today and I want to expedite it at the end of oct based on my family emergency travel to third country, my dad is sick and I want to take him for treatment, has any one expedited their RTD 2 months after filling ?

i tried 3 months after filing and got rejected. its doesn’t matter if you wait or not, it must be a legit valid reason for them to expedite.

I won’t recommend using passport I know it’s sad but now days things are very R against us

you can still try to expedite even though it's early
