im in the same situation! USCIS received my RFE response on Sep 3. im a religious worker and all other dates are similar with yours. And also my case is being processed at Texas Service Center. i hope my green card to be approved soon. congratulations!!

congratulations! I have a question. I mailed RFE response to Texas service center at 6046 N BELT LINE RD IRVING TX 75038-0015 through Priority mail express. Tracking number shows- Delivered, Individual picked up at post office. do you know anything about this ? how was delivered your package? Direct to TSC or individual picked up at post office?
