6th Prima Facie
Hi Family, just got my 6th Prima Facie. is that a good sign of approval? Am March 2023. Thank You!

prima facie is a good sign yes. its basically uscis looking at your application at “first glance”. i was getting prima facies since 2020.
never an rfe. they sent me a NOID 1 month ago for more evidence of abuse.

ive never sent a declaration, my attorney told me write one. i did 10 pages. i only had two people who actual witness what happen to me and I told a friend abt it
they wrote me letters.. thats all i have

@vawa 2023 Yes it did! Mine expired in June and just got the Prima Facie yesterday.

While it is good to receive a PF as it allows you some benefits such as a DL, PF does not guarantee an approval. Some receive PF and some don’t.
