This DACA Renewal process was LONG.... Glad my card is being processed so I can go back to work and renew my DL... Starting the green card process thanks to my husband though 😊

i797 not received. H1B approved.
My H1B was approved in first week of May. I can see if approved by entering case number in USCIS portal and my employer emailed me e-copy or it. But it has been more than 3 months now and I haven’t received i797 copy. Whenever I ask my employee they say that they haven’t received it and will check with lawyer. But then no response. The latest update I got couple of months back is lawyers have applied to new i797 copy but USCIS is not responding to them. Is there I can ask them to track? Any case number for getting new i797? Because I’m not sure if it’s actually true or my company is intentionally holding it. My previous H1B approval notice was received within two weeks I guess. Not sure why it’s taking them so long. And can I apply for a copy by myself?

I129-f approval. What Now?
My fiancé and I just received notification that our pentition that we submitted on December 12th has been approved as of July 20th!
We are overjoyed but also recognize that we have a lot of decisions to make regarding wedding dates, etc.
Does anyone have experience with how long the remaining process will be until visa approval for a Ukrainian?

I never stop for work soon as I come America I’m a go to different job I have a lot experience for a job the reason here I don’t understand it’s like soon as I come Minnesota I’m off so bad lucky because I got a problem with my wallet so when I lost my wallet I had a my green care and Social Security drivers lesson or bank cards do you know where the reason I do that because if I don’t go to work I feel like sick if I stay in my home and now I’m stuck like two years I’m not go to work how come I’m not gonna be like stress and depression it is life but I couldn’t get more but no one helping me after that I get stress and a depression and sometimes I was talking myself in the street because I don’t know what I’m saying even because soon it’s going to happen this I was crying anytime up to now because I’m not sure what I want but insha allah i’m sometime somewhere above my kid because they don’t have good life good take care good mom good daddy they need help to my kids head that he’s not gonna go work is crazy and I know she started smoking cigarette whatever that I don’t understand what I was but if you guys help me with that I will need to let someone take care of my children until I go back get a job I know I get a Rado a job because I have like good experience good Richmond no one is going to fire me on my life I know how to do a job but now now I’m stuck in a Minnesota please please please as soon as possible can you help me with getting clinker appreciate for the guys and thank you so much

is anyone here their fiance is from Manila Philippines..? our K1 was approved June 1st and it is stuck in NVC, i haven’t received the approval letter from USCIS and as well as the NVC welcome letter, I called NVC and i was able to get the case number and inv number. Is anyone here got their interview date from Manila US embasy..? thanks
how long does it take to get green card after case apporved
hey guys! good news is that my 485 has been approved last Friday. since I’m in the middle of employment relocation, I am wondering how long does it take for them to mail me the physical card? if it takes a long time let’s say for a month or so, then I will have to keep my old apartment for a little longer just to avoid any trouble.
