Did you receive a receipt for the i485? have you reached out to your congressman yet in regards to this issue? when did you submit your i485 application?

submit an ombudsman case assistance form Dhs-7001, contact your congressman for urgent assistance, request FOIA from uscis so that you will see what’s been going on. your file may have been transferred to your local uscis for processing I-485 after your vawa was approved. Act NOW! These are all things you can do by yourself if you don’t have a lawyer.
