PD: January 25, 2021
Biometrics: June 1, 2021
Expedite: June 21, 2021
Evidence requested: July 7, 2021
Evidence sent: July 9, 2021
Silence…..
Card is produced: July 27, 2021
Key points here: Through my routine check-in on the expedite case status via EMMA, I was informed that I was sent an expedite request for evidence but I did not receive the email. I then asked the Tier 1 officer to schedule a call with a tier 2 officer within 48 hours. The call happened and I was emailed the evidence request notice.
There was no way to track my expedite status. Never received an email that the request was received so I resorted to EMMA pretty much every other day.
Always check-in! ALWAYS!

my case was updated to new card is being approved 4days ago. Does anyone know how long before my new card will be in my mail box?
