do I have to inform university of new PR status?
I finished my course in June and received an email from my college regarding either applying for OPT or leaving country acc to date on my I-20 form. But I got my green card this week. So does that communication still apply to me? do I inform the Uni or just assume everything is automatically updated in relevant immigration records?
EAD. tracking number
My EAD case approved after putting an expedite request. Online status says - card mailed to me on Jul 12th but there is no tracking number.
I also called uscis and they said it’s not shipped yet. check back after 2 weeks. Anyone with similar experience ? Does it really take 2 weeks to mail the card ?

Travel to my Country :) but the CBP stamp the travel document with due date May 3th what means i can’t travel back even though my document expired for one year. So well that part was sad. Thanks God we could entry back to US.

It took awhile but it has finally EAD is approved. Very happy 😊
My priority date is April 13. I did biometrics June 8. Submitted 765 expedite on June 15. On June 30 email received requesting proof of evidence. Evidence sent on July 1st. Everything went silent then so I resend on July 9th...though im pretty sure they received the first fax. July 15 lawfully notified me that request for additional information informed and five minutes after case approved- card will be mail to you.

my i751 , removal of conditions was approved and I got my 10 year GC on 13t July. its been 4and half years now. now my question is -
* can I apply for citizenship i400??
* if I do apply , do I ahve to provide all marital records again?
* and does the citizenship interview consist of questions regarding legitimacy of marriage which I had gone thorugh during my interview for I 751.
* are the interviews as hard as I 751 interview?

I had my interview in NYC today at 10:45. the interviewer was friendly. He basically asked some basic questions like:
to my wife where did we meet?
how did I ask first date?
how long have we dated before proposal?
what is my legal name ?
do your husband have siblings? and theirs names
when was last time I entered in the US?
who pays rent?
He asked about my privious marriage?
since I’m still F1 he asked my wife where I’m I going to school? and what I’m studying?
when did she decided to move me?
he didn’t really asked me too much questions just basic like:
my wife DOB? and her daughter DOB?
who her daughter lives with?
where’s my wife work before we married?
her legal name?
where’s she works now?
her address she lives before we married.

Hello there, would like to share my timeline for c08 category EAD renewal.
Filed on 02/26/2021 and case was received the same day with the help of congressman.I sent my application to Texas and it was rputed to Nebraska SC
On Mar 3rd, 2021 sent me I797C form.
On April 3rd, my previously taken biometrics were applied.
On April 21st my case was pending for to be adjudicated.
Silence…
During this silence applied three times for the expedite request, received denial for both. Put another ER on 6/30 and contacted to my congressman to expedite my case (financial) again and never heard back from.
July 7th case is actively being reviewed and approval decision. Not sure if ER or Congressman inquiry helped here. However I was reading forums and knew that people who applied for renewal under c08 category started receiving their EADs starting from June 2021.
July 9th card was produced.
July 12th card was picked by USPS
July 14 card is delivered 🎊
