I dont think you can because you would need to take your citizenship to the post office or an office where they produce passports to confirm your identity. But I might be wrong.

if your a us citizen you can able to apply for us passport. You need proof for citizenship tho.

yes I am now a citizen and I will have my certificate of citinzeship with me .
