Today I had a green card interview and the interviewing officer said that your case has been approved, wait for it to be mailed and is this true ?
And in my online account after the interview, I see on online account said an mailed you a cancellation notice. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made,
And what does this mean, I am confused, please help
EAD application for derivative - updated
Hello everyone,
I recently applied for AOS and I-765 for myself and my spouse as derivative. My I-765 has been approved but his has not, we did biometrics and everything together.
Has anyone experienced this? And how long did it take to get your derivative’s I-765 approval?
(The second EAD was approved exactly a month after the first)

Hey guys so this whole time i was thinking my case was in texas office but i talked to an agent and they told me my case was filed in texas but then was sent to potomac office😣😣😣! does anyone know how long potomac office is taking to approve cases? i filed my case last year December 27, 2023 and nothing has happend yet, it says actively reviewing your form! 😣😣😣

What happens if date of entry is mistakenly wrong on Vawa form
For example 01-01-2020 is the date of entry And lawyer submitted 01-01-2021 what will happen??
and my lawyer submitted this 7 months ago but I just saw it the year is incorrect. what should/can I do.
or do I just sit and wait for the RFE?
