so how you have a time line if they send you back your papers

forget about the lawyer if you have a good case. Trust God even lawyers failed us. I had similar issues but mine she messed it up. I did it myself because I had a good case. last year my vase was approved and I was asked to submit medical and birth certificate. Thou I was late and they accepted it. I’m still waiting for the outcome. There’s nothing God cannot do. Continue to pray and believe in the God whom you serve and he will make a way for you.

Also I saw your request for evidence was late 6 months. it’s supposed to be 3 months 90days. I pray God help you Amen

I got the RFE in February I got everything back to the lawyer by may 8th and he didn't send it in because I owed him $500 if I had known I could've send it in myself I would've done that. the same exact day it reach to me my now girlfriend tell me I can submit it myself and that's how I ended up sending it in. whenever I called my lawyer don't answer whenever I text him he take 2-3 months to respond to me.. I was thinking about filing a complaint against him for malpractice because I don't see what I paid him for.. he was supposed to come to court with me as I was in removal proceedings. the judge told me to tell my law to filed a motion to terminate and not even that he didn't do.. so when I appeared in court last year April the judge told me since I've submitted my documents and I look like a promising young man he's going to admin close my case. that's how I ended up stop being attending court to fight my removal order.. my ex wife is a US military and she's so manipulative and spiteful now after she's putting me through all this she called talking about she needs help with the baby etc I don't even have a place for myself I'm bouncing here and there how can I accommodate my child in a environment like a friends couch or basement? she now blaming everything on postportum depression and saying she wished she never done what she did and that her cousin was the one who influenced her to do me dirty and then the same cousin did her dirty too she called me crying telling me she's sorry.. I know the god I served is a real god and karma is real.

@my god is and awesome god 🙏🏾🙏🏾 I went thru the same thing. My lawyer filed expedite on my case but didn't upload evidence making my expedite get denied. Lawyers can be so petty. Then they expect u to write a good review of them then charge u for the expedite still. I also filled over a year ago and got no EAD because my lawyer filed C31 and didn't wanna give me receipt notice. I got two kids too with a spiteful husband but u know what? It doesn't bother me coz God is faithful. God didn't bring u this far to leave you🙏 Stay strong coz this is gonna work out for his good. God gives his toughest battles to his greatest soldier's. In 5 years time u will look back and laugh and see what God did. God is greater then your lawyer. Just keep faith. I'm sure your case is still pending so just follow up on ur own case and remove ur lawyer if u have to. The money u lost with your lawyer God will bless you with more you shall see. Keep praying ! 🙏 stay strong

please list the lawyer, so people know not to use them.. this is ridiculous and wicked these lawyers.. yall need to call the chidolue law firm. so sorry u had to go through that just continue to pray, the lord will help u!! to take care of your kids.

what lawyer is that? you can report him or her hope you? dont be afraid. I got denied also by a stupid lawyer the first time I submitted. collect all your documents and use another lawyer dont waste your time trying to mend things with the lawyer just get yourself fixed in a stable mind set then report the lawyer. text me if you want. I'm disgusted! God is already working on your case because He gave you a judge who would show you mercy. Just ignore the distractions. God is in control. You'll be alright :)
