I have seen some people get approved at 15 months. I wonder why some people keep doubting. Every case is not the same. There are some petitioners who are abused children/ parents that get their Vawa approved from 9 months and this aside some abused spouse that get approval early from 15 or 17 months.

@bridges 5 I once posted that I called uscis some time ago and they told me my case is up to 15 months so April I should be getting decision the way they discouraged me

@bridges 5 according to everyone here it has to be 3 years so they’re always discouraging everyone who is less than 2 years in this process.

it’s still more than two years and almost 3 years so unless you expedite don’t expect approval less than two years.
