I need help from anyone who came here by CR1 Visa and live in Arizona state. how long do you get Green card after arrival USA?

I am planning to pick up the medical exams on Wednesday to send them since I received an RFE from USCIS last Monday, the 18th, because my 2022 medical exams are already expired and they asked me to send it again. They are now ready. I just have to pick it up on Wednesday the 27th, but I don't know if I should mail it that same day since the next day is Thanksgiving and the next day, the 29th, is not a holiday, but maybe USCIS is not working that day. I was also waiting for Monday, December 2nd to send it by FedEx priority overnight
Do you think that USCIS works on Friday the 29th and if I send the exams on Wednesday and I send them that same day, USCIS can receive them on Friday the 29th since the previous day, Thursday the 28th, is Thanksgiving and we know that it is a holiday but the next day is not. I am talking about Friday the following day.

hi my vawa was aproved and I got rfe for medical which was sent to my old lawyer and they did not inform me and it not even shown on website any changes about rfe so due to that my I 485 was denied and because I did not respond to rfe .what can I do know should do motion to reopen or new I 485.#

I’m trying to understand my I-130 progress and wondered if anyone has had a similar experience.
Here’s my situation:
• My I-130 (IR-1/CR-1) was filed on September 20, 2024, at the National Benefits Center.
• I recently started using Lawfully, and it shows my ranking as 2nd out of 416 cases with similar filing dates. This seems positive, but I haven’t received any updates beyond the biometrics on the official USCIS website.
• The USCIS website only provides an estimated timeline (currently at 10 months for processing). Since I’m not the petitioner, I can’t get detailed case info from USCIS chat agents.
Has anyone else seen their Lawfully ranking progress (2nd) without receiving updates directly from USCIS?
• Does this mean the I-130 decision is likely close?
• Are there any other factors I should be aware of?
