Check list for Interview
For anyone having an upcoming interview, when they sent the interview appointment letter did it list a bunch of things that you should take with you? I’m asking because almost everything that’s on the list was submitted and uploaded I can go on my online account and see them, do we still need to print every single document and take with us?
1 year down, how many more to go?
it’s officially been a year since filing for vawa. how long will I be waiting now for a response? the processing times keeps changing for the worse. will they ever speed up or continue to slow down?

rfe medicals sent/I360 was approved in may 2024
hi everyone. my i360 was approved back in may. I received my rfe for medicals in August and sent them in September. so, now my case has been transferred to new jurisdiction and they have possession over my case. it’s been 4 months and no news about my i485. what do you guys think? anyone had this issue before?

passing the normal processing
hey family I been really worry and I just need to collect some idea what to do !
my case passed the normal processing time by 7 months my lawyer requested an urgent update and emails the usics !
but we didnt hear anything from them yet !
and my lawyer requested to approve my case without any delay since they already late !
but nothing yet
I’m just scared will be denied after all this late things
( my rfe is prove of evidences ) and I did send them a ton of it
