My case was transferred to NBC on Oct 4,2022 and nothing has changed since.
My case was transferred to NBC on Oct 4,2022 and nothing has changed since. 24 months and nothing. Is anyone else in the same boat? My medical exam wasn't sent with my I485, so I'm expecting a RFE, but I didn't get one.

Hey! same boat… transferred Sep 22 and nothing. send medicals along but guessing they may ask again… no RFEs..

@Bill : ) my PD July 2021, I received a MEDICAL RFE in June 2023 and responded immediately but in the summer of 2025 it expires and when my PD becomes current I will have to do my medical examination again. so it's not entirely bad in your case

My case was transferred too and I had a RFE for my medical last year. My PD is March 21 🙏🏻

My PD is November04, , 2020.Did my interview on April 10, 2024. No update after that. This catagory is just dead. even if your PD is going to current, your case won’t approved soon I guess.

@Alex brown if I were you I would’ve sent the medicals again instead of waiting for an RFE. you can do so preemptively! that’ll definitely make your case move

@Alex brown my PD is June 2020, when it became current on October 2024, I couldn't wait. I tried to reach USCIS by sending a query that my case is taking longer than usual processing time then after like a week or two. They updated my online account stating that sent me a letter for RFIE which was for my medicals. Then on Jan. 30, 2025 they updated that they received my medicals. I am getting crazier as day passes by.

@Waiting For Years I submitted my medical during my interview on 10 April, 2020. after that no update except I 485 status just changed to fingerprints were applied to your case.

@Waiting For Years I contacted total 3 congress men, 2 senator for inquiry my case.Everonne tried to uscis on behalf of me , that told me my case is in under background check. I don’t know how long it takes time to process background check . my case shows still normal processing time , so I can’t make inquiries in online.

why would they do background check if you already did biometrics? btw, may I know what's your category for the AOS? if your PD is current, I hope we get an update from them soon
