travel on AP While Pending VAWA
hello all, my combo card is approved and I’m thinking to visit my home country filed Vawa in 2024 is it safe to travel!?
I’ve nothing bad on my record
please share your experiences and suggestions.

I’ve travelled twice to London from Miami with my combo card. no questions just got taken to the waiting room, they checked my stuff and let me go after 15 mins.

@ad once i was out of status too.. for years on my student visa , i got my combo card and travelled last year . Nothing asked ! all good as long as you dont have a pending deportation or criminal record .

@H S I would say it depends on where your home country is. If it's not a targeted country I'd say go ahead.

If I were you I would postpone because they have the right to deny you entry and with trump in office things aren’t looking so pretty rn. only green card holders and ofc Citizens can’t be denied. I don’t feel right now is worth the risk of relying on your combo card. Immigrarion is crazy right now

@H S but wat I suggest is just wait for these 3 months n c unless there is an emergency but so far I know few people who came in with advance parole this month vit not problem under new president
