Approval Vawa Rate 37,5?
Hi everyone! here says the approval rate from 2021 until 2024 Is 37,5 !!! if is so little why they let us waiting 4 long exausting years?
Are there any denials here?( not from people that lost appointments but others;) i have a very serious case , but a very short marriage because i run like hell from the monster , Im a female but still I'm getting panic attacks from this exausting timeline.
Also this new requirement for vawa /I 485 interviews , is nowhere to be found at uscis webside only from lawyer's sources, is it legitimate? If it is do you think is going to speed the process or to delay even further? I filed both on March 22 and I'm mentslly exausted from this timeline is the same hard as the abuser was and it SHOULDN'T be this way. im jealous for future applicants im sure at some point will be faster again.

do want to say husbands progress tab was way off after glitch it had gone back to step 3 after being on step 4 for over a yr saying 22 months a week half later here we are approved so don’t be discouraged!!!!

travel on advance parole on a minor crime
i m here for my friend…he is traveling to his country on AP but he got one minor criminal charge which is …he sold one cigar to underage ( mistakely) while he was working at gas station…and he got caught by local sheriff department ( he wasn’t state guy)…whould it be affecting him on coming back ( he is using JFK )

Hello everyone. I would like to just give you all some words of encouragement….. this is by far one of the hardest things to get through because of all the steps and the long wait (little over 2 years).
Please continue to pray and believe that God shall push you forward. My husband (from Nigeria) was approved 2 weeks ago and arrived yesterday to the states.

EB5 Green Card Category of Admission
Hi! Has anyone else gotten their green card via EB5 rural investment post RIA (2022) ? I’m not seeing much info on the category of admission for these green cards, could it be because of the new reform? All my paper work/approval notices/cards are consistent, no typos, no errors, no RFEs so I’m very positive is not an error but the newness and lack of info. Could anyone else please share their COA? I’d really appreciate it:)
