I arrived without my spouse. Officer proceeded with doublechecking the information on application and conducted the civic questions and got recommended for approved. Side note, Sept 2024 puts me on 5yrs rule but filed earlier in August 2024. I was asked if we are still married and was told I-751 would be approved without sending the 10yr green card because I should have oath ceremony mailed in 2-3 weeks. The next day I-751 shows approved. spent tops 30 minutes and out. feel free to ask any question. Good luck guys!

hi family . good night to everyone. Hope this year brings happiness and good lucks to all of us who’s waiting .
I file my documents in June of 2022 . However the processing time didn’t work to normal time ..
they received my documents on the prior date Below ⬇️
my priority date is March 9th 2023
My 1- 130 was approved feb 16th 2024
However last year July 29th. Uscis send back
All my documents including money orders etc saying inefficient fees & not updated forms .
They even attached a green paper and said put this paper on top new filing ..
I proceed & get myself an attorney immediately.
I send my documents in back 21st of August 2024. .. they received it on August 30th
They have issued my received notice & send my biometric application which was done on September 2024 .
November 23rd i received my combo card
1-765 & 1-131. Both got approved ..
do you guys kno how much longer of a process will it takes to appproved the 1-485 ???
seeing that my priority date shows 9th of march of 2023

Went to our interview yesterday, first interview and it was a stoke. Approved on the spot. Status updated a day later!

My I-485 has been approved and I can’t get excited enough!! All the best to those still waiting. For reference, the I-130 was approved yesterday. My PD was 9/14/2023 just in case it’s helpful.

Security checks
Good morning fellas, i filled 9/3/2021 and my i360 approved on 9/23/2024, i requested infopass on 12/30/2024, and today i reveiced an email stated that your case is currently delayed bcs the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of the security checks, i just called info pass today, representative said that they do not need any document from me at this moment, once they finish their investigation and addition documents require they will let me know, is anyone experience this ? i already submit fbi background check like 2 years ago. i need help guys any advise will be helpful..its been along jouney.#securitychek #vawa #i485
just some information to share
I went to an infopass appointment yesterday and spoke with a supervisor regarding my case and he mentioned few things I thought I would share:
- when an interview waiver is received - that’s typically an automatic letter that is generated by the system. however, if USCIS finds something that they need to verify later on the aejudation process they will request an interview
- he also confirmed NBC has jurdisction to make adjudication on any I-485 so cases are not always sent to field office but it happens very often
please advise - how to prioritize

I applied for AOS and EAD concurrently last September (9/11/2024) under EB1C category.
submitted biometrics on Oct 7,24. case remains pending for me both 765 and 485.
my spouse and dependent child however received EAD cards as well as received a confirmation that Their case went to Field office .
My EAD case was transferred to Nebraska , 485 is still at NBC. it has been 4.5 months. is there anything I can do to expedite the case ? I’m trying to leave my employer (on L1 visa) and move to a different one. can anything be done? atleast EAS approval will give me some assurance that there’s nothing wrong with my application .
please advice what can I do - any suggestions are welcome .
