Talked to an agent on the phone today, and they said my interview waiver has been canceled, and the application has been put in an interview schedule queue, but the case is still at NBC. My PD is Aug 5 2022, and my case has been CRP since August 2024. Anyone been in this situation and how long does it take to get interview scheduled?
Questions about i-140 and H4 EAD
Hello All,
I have a few questions regarding the I-140 and H4 EAD:
A few months ago, I filed for H4 and EAD status for my spouse, which has now been approved. She also recently received approval for her I-140, but her six-year H1B visa has expired.
1. H4 EAD and I-140 Status: Can she remain on H4 EAD status indefinitely with her approved I-140? Specifically, if she decides to switch back to H1B status—whether with her current employer or a new one in the future—can the existing I-140 be used to support an H1B petition?
2. Impact of Travel on I-140: If she travels abroad and returns with an H4 visa stamp, will this impact her I-140 in any way?

USCIS never asked me for anything no RFE nothing and some people that I filled before are getting approved. I asked for an expedited request months ago and they denied it.filled on October 04/21. I’m wondering if they still have my application or not 🤔🤔. anyone experience anything like that?
My Progress" Section Removed from I-130 Case - Anyone Else?

I submitted an I-130 petition for my spouse on August 1, 2024, and initially, there was a "My Progress" section showing an estimated timeline for my case. Recently, this option disappeared, and now my case status only displays "Case Was Received And A Receipt Notice Was Sent.
Has anyone else seen this happen? Did you experience significant delays after this message? Any tips on what to expect or steps I could take would be very helpful. Thank you for any advice!

biometrics appointment with only reschedule notice
Hello guys I found out through Emma that my biometrics appointment is on 21st this month in San Jose..I haven't received my ASC appointment letter or visa receipt notice in the mail yet.
I rescheduled the appointment to tomorrow (much earlier) online so I can get the process rolling earlier ..now I'm very worried as I don't have my first appointment notice ..only the rescheduled one ..what if they ask for it? Has anyone done this successfully? Do they ask questions in the biometrics appointment
