case status is stuck at RFE received. however after that interview is done and even again additional documents submitted also. but case status still same on before. would it be useful to create service request? or ask from Emma?

hi my family today my 1:360 says new card being produced, I filed October 13 2021. please just continue to have faith. i think they are doing cases filed in 2021 etc.. what does that mean please ?? seeing I filed c09 and just recently got my combo card. ead/ap.. in August..

how long will it take for i-485 after u get EAD ? marriage through us citizen.. it took me full 7 months for my biometrics, as soon as biometrics were done I got EAD in hand in 7 days

Hello, Has anyone used the Senate office to inquire why case is taking long with USCIS? If yes, what’s your experience? Is it different from or more efficient than using the congressman? Thanks

I received I denial for the form I 485 and there is no certain explanation about what is wrong with the. are and evidence. looks like they didn’t approve some of the joint sponsor evidence but I don’t know exactly what they want me to fix. should I better reopen the case of file motion to reopen? thank you!

waiting for appointment for visa in Juarez

guys, I was looking up the information via the NVC site , everything was approved you know affidavit and such a while ago. but it says priority date 2019!!!!! does that mean I started the process for hubby that year? I know he was approved in 2020 I believe and then waited til this year April for approval of the DS-260 and so now we are waiting for the appointment date. it has been long for us, so many people have even mentioned to him like omg you’ve waited for ever for your papers n it’s so discouraging sometimes. #IR1 #juarez #ds-260

hello, does anyone know anyone that has had their Juarez appt or have an update of what month or so they are on at Juarez ? we got approved in April, so now just waiting for papi for Juarez. I know the new law was suppose to go into effect and that would of benefited us but it was put on hold via a judge in Texas I believe. so just trying to see if anyone has updates on Juarez appts. thanks
