Correction on filed I-129
I found an mistake on my I-129 and want to seek possibility to make correction. It's a h1b extension application and it is still pending review.
Anyone has similar or same experience or knowledge on this? I am super worried about my legal status and employment. Appreciate for any sharing and comments. thank you.

1 year anniversary since I-140 filing and approval
Exactly one year ago (365 days!!!) I filed my i-140 and it got approved earlier this year. I am waiting for my priority date (ROW) become current but I still don’t know how long I will have to wait.

I see the status as I-140 RFE on USCIS status check site.
My petition is filed by my employer’s appointed attorney. The attorney has not shared the actual RFE notice with me but says the evidence requirement is related to the company.
If I create an account on USCIS and link my petition reference number, I can get hold of the actual notice?

I just want to ask a question guys, I called my lawyer to ask about my vawa status and he replied me that your vawa was approved on 7th November 2024 and I asked that if it is approved why can’t I see on the app he said it directly comes to us you cannot see on app strange is it true please let me know thanks

Need Advice on Timing for I-485 Application After Asylum Approval
Hello Friends
I recently got my I-589 (Asylum) approved.
What is the best time to apply for permanent residency? I’m worried that the new administration may change the I-485 process for asylees.
attorney advised me to wait 4 to 6 months, but a few people have suggested applying as soon as possible to secure my position in line.
I’m really confused. Please help me! 🙏
