Emma Chat Issue: Doesn’t connect to live agent
Have anyone been able to chat to Emma Live agent lately?
I’ve been trying for weeks now and every time after a series of automated questions, it defaults to “couldn’t connect to live agent”.
have anyone experienced something similar? any advice on how to overcome it to finally get through?

Service Request on I-131
I was wondering if anyone has experiences to share with regard to service requests filed to USCIS. My company lawyers filed one recently for my pending AP (pending over a year) and I'm not sure what to expect in terms of responses/timeframes. Thoughts?

My professional experience utilizing Advance Parole for travel.
I would like to share my personal experience traveling with Advance Parole while my Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) I-360 and I-485 applications are still pending.
In accordance with my personal experience, I utilized Advance Parole to travel to my home country of Nigeria for a duration of three weeks. Upon my arrival at Washington Airport, I proceeded to the visitors queue where my passport and combo card were placed in an orange box. I was then instructed to follow the orange line as I was required to undergo parole. Upon reaching the designated room, I observed a significant number of individuals with combo cards who were also undergoing parole. The sole inquiries posed to us pertained to the purpose of our travels and our residential addresses. I strongly advise against allowing dissuasive counsel to deter you from traveling, as I personally encountered numerous negative opinions prior to making my own informed decision to travel.
will I get another interview
Hello, My I-130 got approved but I-485 wasn’t due to the fact that I had issues with immigration court. It was administratively closed until the case was dismissed from immigration court, my lawyer filed for motion to reopen and approved. It’s now 1.5 year, so my question is would I go in for an interview again or the first interview is enough? please I need help
