@everyone thanks for your concerns. I did apply September 2021 and i didn’t get nothing from the USCIS until I involved with congressman and they sent notice of what they wants from me I sent evidence proofs and pictures of assaults and all I could. yet this morning I checked my app and saw both case was denied 1-485/1-360 and they recently sent me my combo renewal I bought tickets already for the first time to use now all hope is dashed. my lawyer promised to appeal for reopening but is that not going to take more years again? I’m so discouraged and depressed rn. a lot on my head. guys what do you think has anyone got denied and received approval again. I’m so confused about this and don’t know where to start from. don’t know if the airline will refund my money or put it as open ticket? your candid advice famz 😭
