Am I undocumented for ICE should I be worried
Hey guys I was lawfully admitted through Mexican border back in 2019, I was wondering if I’m considered an Illegal immigrant for ice ?
I have A vawa petition pending and Asylum forms pending with immigration court,
been falsely accused of domestic violence in 2022 charges were dropped.
should I be worried Of them picking me up ?

Hey, ICE can pick up anybody, but they can't keep them all. You're only undocumented if you don't have anything that gives you a legal right to stay or work in the US. If you have AP or EAD, that rules you out. Providing that document should help, generally. But like some of the others have said, don't worry about that. What would you do now if we all said you should be worried about ICE? Would you just put your life on pause?
