@r k yes, so it means that you request that they process your case faster. you have to give them a valid reason like I presented my case that I was struggling financially, I couldn’t get a drivers license without those papers. It can be other reasons too like humanitarian etc. If you think you have a good enough reason and can provide evidence then call them and say “infopass” or write to Emma
