On Sep 2023 I Applied for an EB2NIW, Got a RFE in Sept 2023 and response was on sept 6 2024. For peace of mind, I’m considering the upgrade to Premium. May this trigger a denial for being pushy?. Suggestions are welcome

In average, Nebraska is taking an extra 2 months compared to the situation from a few months ago. since I’m not yet current, I’ll wait for 2-3 months to see what happens. If I dont’t have a decision, I’ll go for premium. Fingers crossed….

Yes, they challenged the national interest and the third prong. They gave me the advanced degree and the well positioned part

We have the time window, till my PD becomes current. if that happens, we will make a service request and lastly, an upgrade to PP
