I arrived without my spouse. Officer proceeded with doublechecking the information on application and conducted the civic questions and got recommended for approved. Side note, Sept 2024 puts me on 5yrs rule but filed earlier in August 2024. I was asked if we are still married and was told I-751 would be approved without sending the 10yr green card because I should have oath ceremony mailed in 2-3 weeks. The next day I-751 shows approved. spent tops 30 minutes and out. feel free to ask any question. Good luck guys!

Why did you wait five years ? You can apply for U.S. citizenship after 3 years if you are a permanent resident (Green Card holder) and have been married to and living with the same U.S. citizen spouse during that time.

did you file your tax with your spouse or you can go for N400 with only your own tax

@Ndy wils yes married but filing separately. if you are filing under 5yrs rule you don’t need taxes.

@DD DJ congratulations! by the way, did you receive a new extension letter when you filed N-400 on top of the 4 years from I-751? I’m in similar situation and I’m worried about the extension expiration date.
