I’m confused how people that have PD that is way after mine got approved, can ya’ll fill me in is there something i’m not doing or is it just luck?

yea it’s really not fair my pd march 22 2024 and im still waiting. I’m planning to start calling them after I hit one year

Always remember that each case is different. My friend has been married for more that ten years and filed last year through consular processing. she got approved within 5 months because she has so many evidence Including 3 kids from her US citizen. Its frustrating but try not to comparing your pd to others and keep the faith. your approval is coming

priority dates don’t make a difference, when you’re a citizen spouse. it’s about how strong your case is, like the person in the previous comment said. That’s why we don’t even need to check the visa bulletin

@JAMNL where on earth did you get that information? some people just got lucky. Plus cases go to different centers and in different batches...

I have been married to my husband (us citizen) for 8 years and we applied for the CR1 visa in October 2023 and still waiting so I don’t think it has anything to do with that. we also have two kids 🤷♀️
